Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with QRSVP Pro and the QRSVP add-ons. This policy explains when you can get your money back, and how.

1. 30-day money-back guarantee

If QRSVP Pro or an add-on is not right for you, you can get a full refund of your first payment for it — a monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time purchase — if you ask within 30 days of that payment.

QRSVP itself is free: you can try its guest lists, tickets and door check-in with your own events before you buy.

2. Renewals and plan changes

Renewal payments are not refunded. You can cancel a subscription at any time under My account → Subscriptions; it then stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and is not renewed.

To change plans, cancel your subscription and buy the new plan; plan changes are not prorated. The new plan’s first payment is covered by the guarantee above.

3. How to ask for a refund

Email us at support@merafsolutions.com from the address you used for your order, with your order number.

We send approved refunds back the way you paid, through the same payment provider. How long the money takes to reach you depends on that provider or your bank. For a payment in cryptocurrency, we agree with you how the refund is sent.

4. What happens after a refund

A refund ends the licence it paid for. For QRSVP Pro, your website returns to the free plugin’s limits: your events, guest lists and tickets stay, but activating more events than the free plugin allows, and choosing a theme, stop. An add-on’s feature stops, and its settings stay.

5. Exceptions

To the extent permitted by law, we may refuse a refund where the guarantee is used repeatedly to get the Products without paying for them, or where a licence was used against our Terms of Service.

6. Payment disputes

If you open a dispute or a chargeback with your payment provider or your bank, the licence it concerns is suspended while it is open. Please contact us first: we can usually sort things out faster.

7. Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any right to a refund that you have under the law.
